Spray glitter on a white cardstock tag. Knot ribbon in a bow through the tag hole. Cut a circle from geometric paper, distress the edges, and attach it to the left side of the tag; cut off the excess. Spray glitter on two paper flowers, layer them together, and add a chipboard flower to the centre. Cut leaves and a stem from green paper and arrange them on the tag along with the flowers. Create a sentiment on the bottom of the tag using a chipboard sentiment and fabric chipboard letters, then stitch two lines below the sentiment using floss.
