Most important idea on stage of developing the form and spacial structure of the building was to continue and complete urban enviroment in this particular area. Currently occupied by a parking lot, there was a need to create a true frontage for al. Przyjazni - which is the route linking al. Zwycięstwa with nearby park and palm house.

Secondary, concept was to open the form for usage not only in time of theatre play but also as a cultural and leisure spot. This resulted in creating few openings on ground level and proposing a „green roof� as a place for leisure and social life of the neighbourhood.

The m a i n goal of the assignment was to develop a contemporary urban landscape as an alternative for current space in south Opole. By now, most of the space - located in very attractive area near historical city centre, river and main park island Bolko - is packed with low-tier industrial (partly defunct) and manufacturing services. Idea used in development was to create a rhytm of public spaces interconnecting banks of Odra and new housing (in the southern part) and business (in the northen part) architecture. Whole spacial structure of new district is designed to resamble historical city structure with new quaters and alleys in most crucial points of development area.

Most important part of the whole project is the crossing of the main alley of buisness/ mixed-use part, promenade on banks of Odra and small brigde on nearby canal. Therefore - it’s an obvious spot for representative place. The whole concept was

to create a set of footbridges, ponds amd diverse vegetation (trees, plant, flowers) to differentiate this exact square for the rest of nearby spaces. Entirety of square is conncted with promenade with a wide set of terrain stairs and ramps.

CENTRE FOR NEW TECHNOLOGIES This particular project was a part of the assignment about creating a new district for southern parts of Opole. The main goal of the assignment was to create a hub for activities centered around creativity and oportunities for IT & technical development. Program of the building was to establish three crucial parts - office/open

space section (in mixed typology), lab section and technical section with fully functional technological hall. Entire complex was completed with a social part (small gastronomy hub, cloakroom, meeting rooms) and educational part (containing library, reading room and assembly room)

REVITALISATION OF CITY QUARTER Nysa, Downtown

Main goal in development of this project was to identify and solve problems of particular quarter located near ul. Mariacka in Nysa, Poland. To adress bad state of public and private spaces was firstly to extract issues plaguing neighbourhood - low quality of architecture located within quarter and near absent levels of vegetation on development area. First and foremost on early development level it was obvious that the

whole community needed to have a place for meeting, participation in social life and to spend free time near home. This idea is presented with new proposal for land use in first part of the project. Second part is a seal to close off the quarter from crowded main street and provide „cover” and some sense of privacy for inhabitiants and in the same time to provide local area with new services and permises.
