DESIGNER NBBJ
Focused on a single project the lake norman hospital. Started on the project during site concept and continued to the end of CDs. Was responsible for anything design oriented. Site, massing, layout, facade design, color and material selection, landscape design, and construction details.
FREE LANCE DESIGN
Following the covid pandemic I focused primarily on freelance / personal work. I worked with a variety of clients on various projects. I helped produce renderings, 2D drawings, and 3D models. I also started building and selling my own furniture.
DESIGNER ARCHALL
Worked on various project types retail, multi-family, automotive, and master planning. Primary focus was on early concept to design development. Day to day included site layout, concept, massing, interior layout, facade design, rendering, material studies.
INTERN FMS
Worked on retail, higher ED, and hospitality primarily in the CD stage. Performed a large number of ADA code compliance reviews, conducted site surveys, revit modeling and rendering.
Involved in all aspects of the design and construction process. We focused primarily on apartment combinations and renovations. Work included site surveys, CDs, client meetings, material selection, 3d modeling, renderings.
