Michael Harris Chancellor Indiana University Kokomo 2010-2012. Michael Harris PhD transformed IU Kokomo. Among his leadership initiatives: record fundraising, Enrollment, Academic Excellence, Regional Transformation, Wellness Center, 15 new academic programs, increased online, led unprecedented enrollment record breaking.
