At Mic Check Magazine, we are dedicated to promoting and uplifting local independent hip hop artists from Western New York. Our mission is to shine a spotlight on the vibrant hip hop scene in the region and to give voice to the artists, venues, DJs, recording studios, and businesses that support and rock with us. Through our magazine, we aim to showcase the diversity and creativity of the local hip hop community and to foster a sense of community among artists and fans alike. We are committed to providing high-quality, in-depth coverage of the latest music, events, and trends in the scene, as well as to providing a platform for emerging artists to gain exposure and connect with their audiences.
