Miami Freedom Park

Miami Freedom Park is a vibrant 131-acre, privately funded mixed-use destination anchored by a 25,000-seat, multi-purpose soccer stadium set to open for Inter Miami CF in 2026. Its expansive retail and entertainment district, featuring over 500,000 square feet of shops, restaurants and family-friendly attractions, will be active year-round.

The development will include up to 1 million square feet of modern office space seamlessly integrated with dining, hospitality and green spaces. Central to the design are parks and plazas, including a 58‑acre flagship public park with a mile‑long wellness loop and additional community athletic fields.

Miami Springs: At the Heart of It All

Miami Springs, founded in 1926 by aviation pioneer Glenn H. Curtiss, is a charming community near Miami International Airport. Known for its Pueblo Revival-style architecture, it offers parks, tennis courts, the Miami Springs Golf and Country Club, and a vibrant downtown with restaurants and boutique shops.
