The small display on the charging station is for guided breath training. In addition to the guiding sound and voice on the headphones, visualices the display the differnet instructions with an execution time. This is not only for people who need to train their breathwork with visual reminders but also for deaf people.
The display color is also changing with changing heart rate to show the current stresslevel and within that the time of meditation can be maximized until the stresslevel has declined.
