Mr Dugay shared the reason behind the making of this event, “Ngayon, sobrang dami ng bullying cases, nawawalan ng cellphone at pera, natutukso dahil sa kasarian at panlabas na anyo, especially sa Grade 9 at 10, so this Program ay para sa inyo talaga,” he said in his speech The rising number of these types of cases in and outside the school was alarming, hence this program was pushed through
The main objective of the said project is for high-performing students to peer tutor academicallychallenged students in their own grade level The lessons are based on the least- mastered competencies in the math curriculum
The basis on selecting the tutees and tutors is the grades of the students in the first quarter in Mathematics
Before he started his talk, Mr. Mandap facilitated activities such as Bring Me!, Dear Self, Simbolo mo? Show mo! and more which were all related to his talk In between the program, Mrs Miriam N Pascua, English Department Head, and Grade 10 Curriculum
Chairperson discussed the Disciplinary Actions done if someone violates the rules and regulations of the school. Mr. Mandap then proceeded with his talk He thoroughly discussed the meaning of Gender Equality and how one can raise awareness and deviate from the ‘makalumang mindset of the Filipinos' it follows the one tutor is to two tutees scheme To ensure the quality of instruction, math teachers also facilitate to check if what the tutors are teaching is correct

Schedule of the follows; on Tuesday Wednesdays, GRA Thursdays, GRADE F id GRADE 10
"Mindset ng mga Filipino laging babae sa bahay lang, lalaki dapat nagtratrabaho, babae mahina lang, lalaki dapat hindi pala-iyak, let us change and erase that mindset!” Mr Mandap emphasized
