Bridge the Divide proposes a new way of living in community. Clusters of units come together through shared work spaces, balconies, kitchen and dining areas to encourage social interactions between tenants, and the shared spaces allow for efficiency of space while still maintaining comfort. Below the residential levels, a commercial place centered around the main boulevard that divides the two masses, allowing more community integration and natural ventilation through the core of the project.
