Flats development can provide decent housing and improve the welfare and quality of life of residents by providing a living space for the poor, especially vagrants and beggars. Provision of facilities that can stimulate the economic aspects of the residents, such as workshop facilities, economic support facilities in order to bring closer access and improve employment skills and education for the poor people who live in flats. The apartment's environment is hygienic with green open space that gives breath to the city and can be used as a space for social interaction for the residents of the flat.

Exterior It can be seen from the building using a solid void composition with a column-beam grid game that must be effective. The facade of the commercial building in the eastern part of the site is designed with the upper area of a hydroponic cultivation so that the Behavioral Settings achieved in productive can be achieved. As for the impact that can be obtained by parties outside the flats by creating a productive stimulus from the land they can use. The mass of the building is of a simple shape considering the standard and efficiency and effectiveness of the building which will be related to rental costs.

facility The application of white, orange, green and brown colors gives the impression and behavioral output according to the psychological function of each of these colors which is good for the user's behavioral stimulus. The rough texture is reminiscent of the lives before the occupants were in the rusunawa. As a form of reminder, it is hoped that residents can be more motivated towards a better life.

indoor An interactive interior layout which is arranged in a complex manner with the lack of permanent partitions or barriers so that social relations and occupant interactions are much more intense. Circulation in the corridors of residential spaces in some areas is closed by solid-voids from the shelves of cultivated plants. Stimulate the circulation of this corridor so that these plants can be cared for and sold so as to increase the economy of the residents.

The beginning of this project started with the client taking the initiative to turn his workshop and garage into a coffee shop. Because the client works in the field of iron procurement and has his own workshop, there are several piles of scrap metal. From this we propose to use these elements into the design.

The client requested that the house be designed to have a studio to work in considering he is an illustrator who will later have employees.

STUDIO AREA The middle room becomes a high void up to the top to give a spacious impression in the work area and daily routine. The stairs are made lightly with iron and wood construction leading to the mezzanine floor which contains the client's rooms and studio areas that are connected to the work area below (employee area)

The client's desire to respond to floods that often hit, increase the height of the floor and increase the need for space in the future, it was decided to hold a 2nd floor in his house. The layout of the space which is almost the same as the previous situation aims to minimize the cost of building. There are several changes that have occurred in order to create a comfortable and suitable home.
