PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE PHILADELPHIA HOUSING AUTHORITY ADMISSIONS AND CONTINUED OCCUPANCY POLICY (ACOP) The Philadelphia Housing Authority is soliciting public comments for amendments to the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan (HCV Admin Plan). Copies of the proposed amendments and the current versions of the ACOP and HCV Admin Plan are available on our website at www.pha.phila.gov. The comment period is open on May 8th 2013 through June 26th, 2013. Proposed amendments and the current versions of the ACOP and HCV Admin Plan are available for public review at the Philadelphia Housing Authority’s Admissions Office at 712 N. 16th Street and the Housing Choice Voucher Office at 2850 Germantown Avenue between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The public is invited to a presentation of the Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP) and Housing Choice Voucher Administrative Plan (HCV Admin Plan) with an opportunity to provide oral and/or written comments at a Public Hearing. Only comments pertaining to this proposal are being solicited. A Public Hearing will be conducted on Wednesday, June 26th, 2013, beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the John F. Street Center, 1100 Poplar Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123.
