6.00pm Civic Plaza – Public Performance, Outside Mermaid in the Civic Space (rain or shine, sun cream or brollies – be prepared!) Come and dance as the Bray Concert Band charm and thrill you with a Public Performance, in The Civic Plaza

Helen O’Connell – Gallery Talk

6.45pm Mermaid Gallery, Mermaid Arts Centre An opportunity to meet and to absorb the exquisite work of Wicklow sculptor, helen o’connell. Culture Night audiences will get the chance to visit her in the gallery as she works on the installation of her exhibition.

NORA by The Corn Exchange

8pm Mermaid Arts Centre Competition to win a pair of tickets - 20 free tickets to the show (See our website for details). Inspired by Ibsen’s masterpiece A Doll’s House, award-winning writer Belinda McKeon reimagines this exploration of honesty and power for a post-truth world.
