Water Polo Tournament: Location: Fitness Center Pool Date: 17 July, Time: 1700 Great Outdoors Month MTB Trail Duathlon: Date: 14 June, Start Time: 0800, Start/Finish Location: Lake Martha Picnic Area, Details: The race course consists of a 5K trail run, followed by a 5K moutain bike ride, in the vicinity of Lake Martha and the Riding Stables.

MWR will once again host FreedomFest aboard NAS Meridian on June 27, 2014. Gates open at 1700 on June 27 and will feature live music by “Good Hope Goulash” and others. Patrons can also expect a wide variety of food from vendors such as Squealers, Ben Jones Catfish, Domino’s Pizza and Sno-Biz Shaved Ice. The event will also feature a play zone with inflatables and extreme rides for all to enjoy.

Ponta Creek Golf Course Golf Advisory Committee This advisory committee would meet periodically to discuss golf topics and provide feedback for golf related activities. This is on a volunteer basis only! If anyone is interested in being part of this committee they need to contact Bryan Haught by 30 June 2014 to be added to the list.
