Turning Exercise This is a great turning exercise to get you moving correctly

Firstly, take the club with your left hand.

Turn your body and the club until the grip points in front of you. Keep the club horizontal – don’t point it down towards the ball position.

Then place it behind your back and through your elbows.

Place your hands in your pockets or on your hips, and then take your posture.

Then turn all the way to the correct follow through position, transferring your weight to your left foot.

You should now be facing the intended target.
