June Staff Member of the Month

Rebecca Hill, Server We would like to congratulate our June Staff Member of the Month, server, Rebecca Hill! She joined our BCC team in 2018 and has been an asset to the Food & Beverage team. This summer, she has been a key server for the team and is best known for her great attitude at our Pool Café. She’s always the first to lend a helping hand and is willing to do anything asked. Becca has received compliments from several members for being courteous, attentive, and fun to be around. Congratulations to Becca for receiving this well-deserved award!

Exceptional Leadership Award

Dustin Heflin, Banquet Chef Congratulations to our Banquet Chef Dustin for receiving the Exceptional Leadership Award! He joined our BCC team in August 2017 and has shown his incredible work ethic ever since! According to our Executive Chef Jallet, Dustin's "yes” attitude is refreshing and he is always willing to help his co-workers. But above all his cooking abilities and flavor profiles are always on point! In midst of the current COVID-19 pandemic, Dustin provided a great product with our Curbside Family Meals and BCC Cares programs. We congratulate Dustin on this well-deserved award!
