Vanessa will be at your side providing tools and resources as you learn to apply strategies and tactics to your lifestyle. Through 8 Weeks to Wellness, you will learn lifestyle habits and improve your overall health.
We all have habits, some are health promoting and some health destroying. Vanessa will guide you through small habit changes and teach you how to make lasting, sustainable changes in your life.
With a group coaching approach, you are not alone on your journey:
• Each of the weekly group Zoom coaching calls give you a motivating combination of education, insights, and action steps
