Julie has been in real estate for nearly 35 years. She is well-versed in all aspects of buying and selling. Julie started real estate as a developer, learning on her own from the school of “hard knocks” how to navigate development

She since went on to develop several land projects, has built a number of homes, is well-versed in commercial real estate, and has sold from design-build to luxury homes

The notable 320 East Broadway building in Jackson Hole was one of her commercial projects Julie has spent significant time in the formerly known Huntsman Springs (now Tributary) luxury golf community facilitating sales and working with new ownership on redevelopment plans
