2100 Contracts Contract automatically continues indeďŹ nitely after expiry date, unless client states in writing they do not wish to continue with a 3 months' notice period letter. If client is not going ahead, we adjust the end date for it to expire or discontinue. Terms of agreement on contract: The parties agree that after the initial period of the contract set forth in schedule B -original start and end dates. The agreement is automatically renewed on a month to month basis until such time ninety days (90) written notice is provided by either the ďŹ rst or the second party to terminate this agreement. – contract will run until 3 months' notice is given by either client or Adreach. This agreement is subject to an annual escalation percentage of 10% on the anniversary of the commencement date set forth on schedule B and every anniversary thereafter. Escalation can be defaulted to a % on contracts most often it is 10%.

Through Tracker data, Lightstone Explore can pinpoint exact site locations and provide the reach, frequency, impacts (number of times noted) and cost per thousand for the Street Pole Ad (SPA) sites we have on offer. The data is weighted up to total audience so you get accurate stats about how many viewers will see your SPA. This data is further split into nineteen different population segments, using Kaleidoscope data. Kaleidoscope is defined at the smallest possible geographic area, thereby offering a truly granular segmentation product. The nineteen segments are descriptive about affluence, lifestyle and demographics, giving you a sense of who you are reaching both psychographicaly and demographically. For each site you book, through Lightstone Explore, we will provide the key stats you are looking for (reach, frequency, impact, cost, CPT) as well as mode of transport typically reached by that location, breakdown of the Kaleidoscope segments and a photograph of the (3 SPAs at the) site.
