Saturday 9th October, 12.00pm - 5.00pm Foxton Scarecrow Festival
Wander through the village spotting scarecrows (can you find the special hidden one?), try the children’s quiz, sample the refreshments, listen to the band. Prize giving at 4.30pm in the village hall. Programmes available from the church, village hall and the shop.
Wednesday 13th October, 10.00am - 11.00am Gurgling in the Gallery (online event)

Sunday 17th October Duxford Dash, Imperial War Museum, Duxford CB22 4QR
Choose your distance - the Family Mile for children, 5km or 10km. Race round the airfield, take a selfie with a Spitfire and collect a race medal. Full details of entry fees and times on www.iwm.org.uk.

A free outdoor trail for children in the castle grounds (open 6.30am to 9.00pm). Castle open day on 31st - explore the castle rooms and themed basement 12.00 - 4.00pm.
