Residents and businesses have been able to carry out the vast majority of transactions without visiting and for the small number of tasks that have required people to visit in-person, such as pension verification, we have made arrangements to continue delivering them in a safe way. This is to announce the retirement of Peter Chilvers as Chairman of The Emilie Agnes Elin Almshouse Trust in Meldreth. Peter has been a trustee for over 40 years and latterly chairman. He has always shown strong commitment to the maintenance of the Almshouses and the welfare of the residents. His dedication, camaraderie, professionalism and leadership will be missed. We thank him for his hard work over the years.
