Cambridge’s famous museum is open again and hosting various exhibitions during June. ‘The Human Touch’, with works of art spanning 4,000 years, explores how we connect with the world through touch and ‘Scent from Nature’ features watercolours from their exceptional botanical collection. Paul Hill from Sirius Astronomy presents a fast-moving, interactive show, explaining the science behind how to get people safely to and from space. Discover how spacesuits keep you alive and how to survive re-entry into the atmosphere. For families with children aged 5+. Innovative museum dedicated to telling the story of a busy WW2 airfield, its impact on the local community and role of the RAF, USAAF and Belgian Air Forces. Condensed versions of three Shakespeare plays - The Tempest, Macbeth and a Midsummer Night’s Dream - performed in the gardens and with a focus on the supernatural.
