While government restrictions have now lifted, Covid rates are still high and we continue to try and support those adversely affected where possible, provide basic information, and bring friendship and social contact too. Vaccinations

The roll out of vaccinations for 5 to 11-year-olds will begin from 31st March. The advice at this point is that children will be vaccinated in pharmacies and mass vaccination centres rather than in primary schools. Mobile vaccination centres are still in operation; see the schedule at https://www.thevaccinators.co.uk.

Pharmacy Deliveries

If you are choosing to self-isolate or unable to travel to a pharmacy, medication can be delivered directly to you by a number of methods. Please ask your local pharmacist - WELL Melbourn on (01763) 260221 or Bassingbourn Pharmacy on (01763) 250660 - about the services offered. Our coordinator for pharmacy assistance is Nick Garner on 07968 568599.

Local Shops Taking Telephone Orders and Making Deliveries

Home delivery is available from Fieldgate (01763) 260737 and Bury Lane (01763) 260418. For Leech & Sons butchers ring (01763) 260255 to collect outside in the car park at the rear of the shop.
