KARPI GROUP home fashion “PARTNERSHIP” CONDITIONS OF SAMPLE PRESENTATION We are pleased you have decided to invest in our sample presentation in your shop(s) ! Delivery of this sample presentation occurs in accordance with the next conditions: • • • • • • • • • •
The price of a sample ca. 20x20 cm is € 4 per piece (including available ambiance covers and accessories) The invoice concerning the total amount of the delivered samples and material needs to be paid within 30 days after invoice date. The cost of the sample presentation can be earned back by a bonus system. This bonus is 2% of the net annual buying value. Commencing date is equal to the date of installment of the sample presentation with a maximum period of 12 months. The bonus amount is being settled 12 months after installment, by issuing a credit note and represents the maximum amount of the value of the sample presentation. Concerning changes in the collection the next is applicable: changes within 1 year after installment: costs for the account of Karpi. changes after the 1st year of installment: cost for your account. Karpi allows an one time discount of 2% at the current order.
