The MedPro Experience

Independence Day is a federal holiday that falls on July 4th and celebrates the U.S.’s Declaration of Independence. Written in 1776, the Declaration of Independence declared the thirteen American colonies were no longer under the rule of the British monarchy. It is a holiday intended to celebrate the day the U.S. established its freedom. Americans observe the 4th of July by watching fireworks shows, enjoying a backyard grill, and listening to the national anthem, “The Star-Spangled Banner.” In 2016, MedPro launched The MedPro Experience ® , a personalized employee engagement program designed to recognize and reward our hard-working healthcare professionals. The program celebrates big and small milestones by incorporating creative and fun surprises intended to enhance each healthcare professional’s journey with MedPro while providing an unprecedented level of customer service. We dedicate each day to making each employee’s experience in the U.S. memorable. We do that by getting to know each of our healthcare professionals so we can personalize their rewards. Our Personal Journey Guides will work with each healthcare professional to complete their YOUnique Profiles by answering a series of “Getting to Know You” questions. Our MedPro Experience team will use their answers to help determine what gifts and surprises to send them throughout their journey with MedPro. Leading this innovative program is Sue LaCkore, a MedPro Experience member since its inception. Her experience working with Marriott Hotels, as well as her ownership of an Italian restaurant, equips Sue with the customer service skills she utilizes each day at MedPro. Halloween takes place on October 31st each year. The holiday involves carving pumpkins into jack-o lanterns, decorating homes and offices in scary décor, and of course, trick-or-treating, when kids don all sorts of costumes and walk house-to-house at night to collect treats. costume parties. “The MedPro Experience program was designed based on feedback from our healthcare professionals. We learned through the years that personalized service and genuine care are what matters most to them,” Sue reflects. “I feel The MedPro Experience ® is a huge differentiator for MedPro. We appreciate the work our healthcare professionals are doing in the field, and we make sure to tell them, and show them,” Sue adds.

The program also offers a fun opportunity to earn extra money while in a new area - 13in13 DIY Challenge. Our healthcare professionals explore the area and capture memories with a photo, and we reward them for it! The 13in13 DIY Challenge provides our employees the ability to earn an extra $169 per quarter, which equates to $676 per year. Participants are also entered into our quarterly Ultimate Explorer Raffle worth $500 to the lucky winner. The MedPro Experience ® offers this program to give our healthcare professionals another reason to explore the area around them. We love sharing in their exploration, encouraging them to be part of our adventurous community, and, most importantly, to have fun.
