Anna began her career in healthcare six years ago, working as a liaison for patients exploring custom mobility devices. Aspiring to work with caregivers, she joined the MedPro International team as a Recruitment Guide in 2015. She quickly became a knowledgeable team member, helping answer candidate questions and guiding them through the interview process. Anna has traveled to the Philippines, St. Lucia, Jamaica, India, England, and Barbados to interview healthcare professionals interested in expanding their careers to the U.S.

“I have a tremendous amount of respect and admiration for the nurses I recruit. Many of them are balancing 16-hour workdays, raising a family, and still commit to studying up to 20 hours a week for the NCLEX exam,” Anna says. “They are strong-willed and committed to changing their lives and chasing their American Dream. This dedication is what drives me to stand in their corner and help them navigate the intricacies of their journey to the U.S.,” she adds.

Natalia Samuels, Licensure & Credentialing Guide

Natalia began her career with MedPro International four years ago. She plays an instrumental role in guiding MedPro International Healthcare Professionals throughout their journeys to the U.S. Her responsibilities include NCLEX preparation, test coordination, and – most importantly – making herself available to answer any questions and concerns. Natalia is a critical support system for our healthcare professionals; her passion for international recruitment is rooted in her own family’s immigration experience. “My grandmother and sister are both from Jamaica and traveled to the U.S. through an organization that connected them to U.S. employment opportunities. They eventually earned their citizenship here, and today, most of my family lives in the states,” Natalia shared. “My work with MedPro International allows me to impact people’s lives the same way my family’s lives were impacted when they immigrated to the U.S.” Charity Capistrano, Senior Personal Journey Guide

Charity is a Senior Personal Journey Guide at MedPro International. Her sole responsibility is to help her healthcare professionals successfully navigate their personal and professional U.S. assimilation. Charity lived in the Philippines before joining MedPro International’s U.S. based team six years ago. In her role with MedPro International in the Philippines, she helped educate healthcare professionals and prepare them for tests like the NCLEX exam.

A caretaker by nature, Charity is responsible for setting expectations through personal development plans that incorporate both professional and personal life goals. In summarizing her mission and driving beliefs, she states, “A successful U.S. career is more than just a job. That is why we believe in empowering our healthcare professionals to network, go through formal U.S. training, and plan for a healthy work/life balance.”

When asked about the most rewarding aspect of her job, Charity responds: “I get to know these individuals very closely and have the ability to guide them in their professional growth.” She continues to discuss the bond she develops with her healthcare professionals: “I’m able to celebrate their success with them and help them navigate through tough moments.” As someone who immigrated to a new country with a family, Charity empathizes with her healthcare professionals. When Charity is not busy working with MedPro International Healthcare Professionals, she likes to curl up on the couch with her husband and two children watching movies.

MedPro International takes pride in offering firstclass service to our healthcare professionals. We strive to provide guidance, community, and growth to each of our healthcare professionals. We look forward to meeting you.
