Custom Bike BUILDERS Each year, some of the country’s hottest bike builders come to join the fun and chat it up with fellow riders in the ThunderDome arena—the center of all of the motorcycle action. Here, they display custom creations and allow fans to get “up close and personal.” In 2013, the Rally welcomed legend Arlen Ness, best known for his customized choppers and hot rods, and his grandson Zach Ness into the esteemed builders circle.

Military Bike GIVEAWAY Before the mainstage headlining music on Saturday night of Rally weekend, the Republic of Texas Biker Rally honors American servicemen and women with the ROT Military Bike Giveaway. All who have served, past or present, may register during the Rally in the ThunderDome arena. In 2013, Danny “The Count” Koker and the boys from Counts Kustoms provided a one-of-a-kind custom bike for the lucky winner. ROT Biker Rally Downtown There are many ways to be a part of this exciting RALLY addition! ROT Rally has expanded for 2014! The new event called “ROT Biker Rally Downtown, presented by Austin360º” is expected to attract tens of thousands of Rally goers, motorcycle enthusiasts, families and Austinites of all ages. The primary focus of the downtown venue is to emphasize motorcycle vendors, builders and national manufactures in a family-friendly atmosphere. SPONSORSHIPS & VENDORS ROT Biker Rally sponsorships packages are custom-tailored based on client needs and budgets and include such things as website recognition, banner exposure, social media coverage, radio coverage, jumbo tron spots, stage or attraction sponsorship as well as inclusion in ROT’s print campaign of posters, ads and official pocket guide. There is a wide array of vendor spaces available ranging from our largest 100’ x 50’ rig space down to a 10’ x 10’ vendor booth. Many of our custom sponsorships include prime vendor real estate as part of the package. For helping kick off our new venue, 2014 vendors as well as sponsors who obtain real estate as part of a package will be “grandfathered in” and will have first choice of booth space in 2015. Consider doubling your exposure by procuring a sponsorship package or vendor space at both the ROT Biker Rally Expo Center and the ROT Biker Rally Downtown. The downtown venue is open to families and those under 18 who want to experience all the ROT Biker Rally has to offer in a more family-friendly atmosphere. It will largely appeal to local Austinites and Central Texans looking for fun and free weekend event to attend. The event offers an exciting new opportunity for businesses to get involved in a community event while helping expand their brand exposure.

June 13th to the general public. The 11-mile motorcycle parade leaving from the Travis Co. Expo Center arrives downtown Austin at approximately 8:15 p.m. where a rolling closure of Congress Ave has been arranged; therefore, the parade will terminate on the new downtown venue grounds. Parade participants wanting to stay will be provided preferred free secure parking at the site and for those wanting to explore other options will be provided an easy exit to 6th street. Closing time Friday and Saturday is midnight.

When— Dates: June 13-14, 2014 Hours: Friday, June 13 and Saturday, June 14, 10:00 a.m. to Midnight. Set up: Thursday June 12th, 5:00 p.m.

Where— The site is located in downtown Austin, Texas at the corner of Congress Avenue and the Colorado River and provides ample parking with easy loading and unloading. The beautiful, tree-covered property provides welcomed shade during the summer heat. The downtown venue includes Austin American Statesman grounds and TXDot parking lot for a total of 50 acres.

ROT Biker Rally Expo Center wristband holders have all access to ROT Biker Rally Downtown including free parking and free admission to musical acts. Nonwristband holders (general public) will be admitted free to the grounds for all displays, vendors, and attractions, however, a nominal charge for the evening headliner musical act may be implemented. A combination of manufacturers, industry vendors and live music mixed with local and national artisans should make for a fun-filled weekend. This will be a wellpublicized event via billboards, newspaper ads, radio interviews, and electronic media in expanded markets.
