Edinburgh’s oldest Indian restaurant has been serving high quality, authentic dishes since the late Mr Kushi Mohammed founded it in 1947. At a time when Indian ingredients were hard to come by, Mohammed imported his spices straight from Punjab, and his passion for food can still be tasted in the restaurant’s dishes today.
