NCCJ - EMPOWERED YOUTH INITIATIVE (CSG) Service Description This service provides diversity and inclusion programming targeted to high school students. This program encourages young people to move from a state of awareness to action to promote racial and ethnic inclusion in the county. The new name is Charlotte Coalition for Social Justice.
