Miss Goldfarb and Mr. Cost marry Lett and Bickley in chapel at Syracuse University set May nuptials he marriage of Miss Alyssa Joy Goldfarb, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marc Edward Goldfarb of Atkinson, New Hampshire, to McGhee Peter Cost, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Randy Gerard Cost of Mechanicsville, Virginia, took place May 21, 2016, in Hendricks Chapel, on the campus of Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York. The bride is the granddaughter of the late Mrs. Mildred Christopher and the late Dr. Russell Christopher, formerly of Stockbridge, Massachusetts, and Mrs. Elaine Goldfarb of Ridgewood, New Jersey, and the late Dr. Leonard Goldfarb. The groom is the grandson of the late Mrs. Jacqueline Vaughan McGhee of Mechanicsville, and Mrs. Yolanda Cost of Mechanicsville and the late Mr. C. Peter Cost. The Rev. Dr. Fred Randall Skaggs, former pastor and family friend, of Mechanicsville, officiated. The bride was escorted and given in marriage by her parents. The maid of honor was friend of the bride, Miss Victoria Polito of Quincy, Massachusetts.

The bride is a graduate of Timberlane Regional High School in Plaistow, New Hampshire, and Syracuse University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science from The Martin J. Whitman School of Management. The groom is a graduate of Lee-Davis High School in Mechanicsville, Syracuse University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Arts and Sciences, and American University in Washington, D.C., where he earned a Master of Arts from the School of International Service. A reception was held at The Genesee Grande Hotel. After honeymooning in The Bahamas, the couple reside in Hoboken.

She currently resides in Sandston, Virginia, and works for Prudential Cleanroom Services. Richard is a 2011 graduate of Louisa County High School and currently works at A.G. Dillard. A May 2017 wedding is planned in Palmyra, Virginia.
