314 A 19TH CENTURY ROYAL IRISH CONSTABULARY .450 CALIBRE MARTINIHENRY CARBINE, with 20 inch (52 cm) barrel, steel ramrod, the mahogany stock with brass disc inset with RIC armoury inventory number, impressed “R.I.C. 4340”, the stock additionally impressed with two War Department “birds foot” markings and inventory number “CBR.29.CO.30”, 36 inches (92 cm) long overall approx, replacement pigskin shoulder sling.
