Company profile ALBED was founded in 1964 with the idea of making high-quality design aluminium complements. It has de veloped its style and its o wn production skills, while maintaining its original goals. Our products are made entirely in Italy, with raw materials that comply with all environment and safety criteria. Technology, know-how and our production cycle that is entirely an int ernal process,
allows us to make products and off er a “tailor-made� service for every furnishing need. Surfaces, frames, hinged door s, sliding elements, bookcases and dividing walls ar e the new meanings in our w orld, always intent on developing a wide r anging program that is easy t o understand, with a pr ecise and articulated range of applic ations.
ALBED
Quality & Green Aluminium, glass, wood: noble, clean, recyclable materials. Albed only uses raw materials of the highest quality. Extruded aluminium with UNI EN AW-6060 alloy compliant with UNI EN 755 standards. Anodising treatment compliant with UNI 10681. Powder paint finish compliant with UNI 12206 standards. The glass used in our product is ONLY safety glass. Albed follows the standard UNI EN 12150 and UNI EN ISO 12543.
Also our woods protect forests from deforestation and are subjected to surface treatments with formaldehyde-free paints. ALBED achieved in December 2016, the FSCÂŽ, the Forest Stewardship CouncilÂŽ, an organization that ensures the correct and responsible management of the forests from which our products with wooden finishings are made.

1. Traditional swing doors Traditional swing doors, for building with counter frame, can be both to push and to pull. This product comes with jambs that can be customized in different ways.

DOOR FLUSH WITH THE WALL
2. Doors flush with the wall As an alternative, ALBED also produce swing doors without jambs - DOORS FLUSH WITH THE WALL. These doors are available in two version: on plasterboard or on bricks. The frame is built into the wall, leaving only the panel visible. Mechanics and aesthetics combine to produce a door able to fit into design requirements without forgetting the technical requirements related to the building site.

3. Doors for building without counter-frame A solution for who doesn’t have enough space for the jambs. The door frame is fixed directly on the hallway for swing and pivot doors. Also available as double swing doors or with transom.

SLIDING DOORS
5. Sliding doors The classic sliding door. A near and simple rail fix it at the ceiling with the doors. Our rail cames as 1 way for a max of 4 ways and is always available with or without our built-in system. Same system many solutions. As the swing doors, the sliding doors are available with single, double glass panels or in wooden panels.

7. Walk-in closet We have established a sort of border for what we think we can do. Over the years, we have started designing some simple elements that come in contact with the walls and try to define our concept of living. 8. Furnishing We have chosen to get free from the walls and to create some products that can tell our being even independently. It is a sort of dialectic relation between the definition of our products and a comparison of what is architecture in a house and what becomes design.
