Peter Sanchez-Iglesias’ Michelin-starred restaurant serves a multi-course tasting menu that is driven by the seasons. With only nine tables, it’s an intimate setting in which to be served multicultural and locally influenced cuisine by Pete’s top team – who put on a wonderfully theatrical display for diners, with dishes that are a delight to the eye as well as the palate.
