They keep 24 flavours of premium handmade ice cream on display, along with their signature hot dogs and house made waffles. Established for 6 years, Let’s Do Coffee pride themselves on innovation and being a regional leader in the coffee industry. They run four outlets that offer their locally made coffee and food products, and the only mobile coffee brew bar that has coffee on tap. They also offer public coffee training and sales on commercial coffee.

Morrisons Winery & Restaurant

Established in 2000, Morrisons Winery & Restaurant is known as a leading wedding venue. Offering award winning dining and a new brewery, Morrisons works closely with the tourism industry, offering packaged products that attract many domestic and international visitors. They are a venue with multiple offerings such as dining, vineyard, brewery, house made gelati & sorbet.

7 Beans Coffee

7 Beans Coffee is a small cafe located in the Historic Port of Echuca. Opened three years ago, its handy location caters to both local coffee connoisseurs and the visiting tourist trade. 7 Beans Coffee has a distinct vibe created by the decor, ambiance and friendly staff which creates a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. They offer a full all-day breakfast, lunch, children’s and snacks menu as well as vegetarian and vegan options.

The Shiraz Republic

The Shiraz Republic is a family run and owned vineyard, winery and brewery, located in Cornella. The Shiraz Republic concept allows their “vitizens” to pursue their dream of a democracy of wine. Their main attractions include the Rent-a-Row Winemaking Experience, cellar door and bar, music and comedy events and a winery.
