KUWAIT CITY, KUWAIT

The Health Science Campus at Kuwait University is a 4,000,000 square foot expansion to the existing university campus and features 5 new colleges including the College of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Public Health and Allied Health. It also incorporates a library and study spaces within the Learning Resource Center, an English Language Unit, Student Commons program connecting all college buildings and underground parking for students, faculty and staff. The podium level of each college is comprised of classrooms and teaching spaces, while the tower floors contain administration, faculty and dean offices. At grade, the landscape is intertwined through the buildings via the creation of an oasis and sunken courtyards that inundate the basement level Student Commons with natural light. The top of the podium level also incorporates landscape, gathering spaces and serves as a physical connection between all colleges on the north and south sides of the campus. This connection strengthens social exchange between students and faculty.

JEFFERSON HEALTH TOWER

Jefferson Health Tower is a 19 story building providing 590,000 square feet of area including a mixed-use program with retail on the ground floor and clinical care above. Located in Philadelphia’s East Market, a 4.3 acre urban redevelopment project, the new Specialty Care Pavilion will stand as the flagship Outpatient Care Facility for Jefferson Health. The building will house many of Jefferson’s nationally ranked services in one location, creating unparalleled convenience for patients.

3 Hudson Boulevard is a 63-story tower that will set new standards for urban developments. Sited on Manhattan's West Side in Hudson Yards District, the tower's twisting and tapered form transitions from the urban grid to capture optimal solar orientation, allowing arrays of photovoltaic sunscreens integrated into portions of its all-glass curtain wall façade to generate power and employ a wide range of sustainable strategies. Soaring to a height of over 1,000 feet, the tower provides an eight-story podium and retail at street level, the tower features 1,500,000 square feet of area including Class A office space, terraces, views of the Hudson River, Hudson River Park, and the High Line. The tower is crowned by a rooftop club and skygarden planted with trees and sheltered by glass windscreens. 3 Hudson Boulevard will offer convenient access from multiple transportation nodes including the 7 line extension, Port Authority Bus Terminal, heliport, ferries, the West Side Highway and the Lincoln Tunnel.

Located on a triangular site in the northwest of Moscow City, the development is composed of two rectangular towers that rise from a 4-story podium, arranged to create an open plaza and green space surrounding the buildings that will be free from future development. The landscaped space will serve as the entry point to the towers, as well as to the aboveground and underground retail galleria and parking deck. The scope includes the overall podium design, which has residential duplex units, a recreation structure and entrance vestibules.

Located in the neighborhood of Vila Magdalena, one of the most trendy districts in the world,driving the new urban lifestyle of Sao Paulo. It is where creative minds seek their inspirations and where everyone finds innumerable possibilities of entertainment and culture. The project is composed of 3 towers, each with distinct floor areas and geometries, double height spaces, outdoor terraces, auditorium and cafe area. A full co-working complex offering 30,000 sf. ft. of office, meeting spaces, food-beverage, and lounge areas. The project was designed to serve members of all types and sizes, from start-ups as small as 2 persons to enterprise clients of 50 persons or more. The plans were designed with such flexibility as to allow full open office floors if required.

Located in the Usaquen neighborhood of Bogota, the project offers 6 floors of co-working office space totalling 45,000 sq.ft, along with meeting spaces, outdoor terraces, food-beverage, event space and lounge areas. With a total capacity for 807 members, the project was designed to serve companies of all types and sizes, from start-ups to larger enterprise clients in the capital city. The ground floor space is wedged between adjacent retail spaces and provides a cafe, space for assembly and hot desk area. The floors above contain office, formal and informal meeting spaces and areas of respite.

Located in one of the principal streets of the Poblado neighborhood, Antejardin building will become one of Medellin’s landmarks, for its architectural, technical, landscape character and for what the surrounding area has to offer. The project also has a perimeter garden on its facade which will be visually integrated with the environmental corridor that is near the La Presidenta stream of the Astorga neighborhood. Our project takes over the entire building, 6 floors with terraces and balconies, 75,000 sq.ft. of office, meeting spaces, lounge, and food-beverage areas. Ground floor retail areas and parking is also provided. With a maximum capacity of 1,400 members, Antejardin will become Medellin’s largest co-working office building and projected to attract large enterprise clients.

Located in the trendy neighborhood of Pinheiros in Sao Paulo, Metro Office offers 12 floors and over 50,000 sq.ft. of co-working, meeting, lounges and terrace spaces to start-ups and enterprise companies. Having a-typical geometric floor plates, the interior layouts had to respond to this change throughtout the tower, while meeting Wework’s requirements. The top floors are double height, thus allowing a greater amount of daylight into the spaces and maximizing views out. In these high spaces, a series of lower volumes were introduced to house meeting spaces and amenities.
