The Cider Press at the Barn The Balsams
The Balsams property will be available for exclusive weddings from 50–150 people. There are three private residences on-property to accommodate up to 36 for whole weekends of wedding festivities. You’ll have the entire 7,000-acre majestic playground to yourselves and private access to our 18-hole signature Donald Ross Panorama golf course with breathtaking views. Enjoy miles of trails, private lakes, fields, streams, and mountain views all around.

Your ceremony will take place in the field by the garden, with a birchwood arbor and garden chairs. After enjoying the calming rustle of the trees during the ceremony, you and your guests will enjoy an outside cocktail hour that is secluded and private, with propane fireplaces and white adirondak chairs. The outdoor bob house bar will serve your favorite beverages. Our Sailor’s tent is placed in the field, sitting beside Rust Pond, surrounded by greenery and garden beds. Lit with white lighting, set with finest linen, and decorated with pure beauty, the tent accomodates up to three hundred guests.
