The West Test Breakfast in Perth brought together key figures from the worlds of cricket, government, and the Indian diaspora, in a celebration of the sport and its community impact, recently. Hosted by Deputy Premier and Minister for Tourism Rita Saffioti MLA, along with Cricket Australia CEO Nick Hockley, former WA Cricket CEO Christina Matthews, Australian cricket legend Mitchell Johnson, and respected commentator Harsha Bhogle, the event was a notable occasion.




Consul General Amarjeet Singh Takhi joined the breakfast, alongside Narayana Murthy, the new CEO of the Western Australia Cricket Association (WACA), and John Stephensen, WACA's CEO.
Prominent members of the Indian diaspora were also in attendance, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere.



The event took a moment to honor the crew of INSV Tarini and senior Indian Navy officers for their dedication and service, adding a unique element of recognition to the gathering. The West Test Breakfast highlighted the spirit of collaboration and the deep connections between Australia and India through the game of cricket.
