he Providence Flea finished its indoor season in April and is now gearing up for its return outdoors starting on June 3, on the Providence River Greenway across from 345 South Water Street, in downtown Providence. The Flea will run every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., through September 9, with a rotating lineup of more than 60 local vintage vendors, artisans, makers, food trucks, community nonprofits and live music. The Flea is always free with free, on-street parking on Sundays in the city. This could be the Flea’s last season on this site as the state 195 District Commission has given preliminary approval to a Boston developer to build a boutique hotel on the property.
