newsbriefs The Art of Flow Breaks Code Free Woodland Plant to Intentional Creation Walk at Destruction Zeringue, a transformational coach and Brook Woods Freddie facilitator for over 25 years, has announced the re-

lease of his long-awaited new book, The Art of Flow, available in print and digital form. Known for helping clients achieve breakthroughs in the areas of health, relationships, prosperity and personal well-being, he has distilled vital principles into The Art of Flow, marking a new direction in the transformational field. Zeringue, publisher of the Northeast Florida edition of Natural Awakenings magazine, says, “The point of the book is to bring people into a state of natural flow, where they are able to create their lives in a very dynamic way that overrides resistance and opens up space to let in the limitless bounty of creation. The Art of Flow goes beyond The Secret and other books in the field to transform how we see ourselves and each other, objectively analyzing great teachings from a new perspective and embracing the idea that we are ‘divine creators’.” Universally-applicable and harmonizing with any individual’s personal beliefs or spiritual path, the essentials of the book are practical explanations of concepts we are all familiar with—things we’ve heard so often that we might assume we already know what’s at their core. Zeringue brings them into a new light, illuminating how they work together to dynamically create our lives. The mastery of these principles is profoundly life changing. The book is available on Amazon.com and ArtofFlow.com, which features a FREE audio supplement available for download.

Learn to Use Dreams as a Source of Inspiration

S

pend an afternoon exploring dreams in a fun, safe, respectful environment from 2 to 4 p.m., May 18, at Acorn Cottage, in Wakefield. Facilitator David Barr will use the Lightning Dreamwork Process, developed by Robert Moss, to teach attendees how to use their dreams as a source of wisdom, guidance, insight, healing and inspiration. Barr says dreams are more than the brain’s way of processing the day’s events. “We are the only culture that doesn’t value our dreams,” he says. “Opening yourself to your dreams, and deepening and enriching your connection with them, will change your life.” Working in a dream circle, attendees will share their dreams, work with stories and form action plans. If situations call for it, Barr will also use dream re-entry techniques and invite participants to perform dream theater.
