BANK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Submitted in the partial fulfilments of the Requirements For the award of
Master in Computer Application/Bachelor of Computer Application
Bank Management System Bank automation system is a simple VB application, especially designed for the bank for daily transaction work. This project is extremely beneficial for managing customer’s bank accounts. The aim of developing this project is to create a user friendly environment where any user may access through all the benefits of system. This project also prevents unauthorized access and only authorized user and admin can access the system. Deposit and withdrawal account facility is available for existing customers. This requires a transaction amount that customer wants to deposit or withdrawal and customer account number. After transaction completion it will update the customer’s account balance. Bank management system also provides facility of fund transfer. Customer can request for transfer of fund form there account to any other customers account of the same bank. For transferring fund the other customer account should be known and sender account must have enough balance to transfer. Bank management system also provides facility of stop payment on customer’s request. Modules:

Software Requirements: Windows 7 Sql 2008 Visual studio 2010
Hardware Components: Processor – Dual Core Hard Disk – 50 GB Memory – 1GB RAM

Saves time of user. It keeps track of customer service details. Fast and accurate. Provide better service to the customer.
Application: Apart from so many above mentioned facilities this project also generates various MIS and customer related report useful for top bank executive and customers respectively. Main reports generated by the bank management system are user report, customer report, deposit report, withdrawal report, fund transfer report, stop payment report etc. This system also have various tools for daily use that make the work simple for the employees such as calculator , calendar, notepad etc.
