APPLICATION LAUNCH | 18.05.18 Feel free to contact the current ECB Chair (angie.arias@aiesec.net) in case of any questions about the process, written application or about the role.

APPLICATION DEADLINE | 23.05.18 - 23:59 GMT +3 Applications out of the deadline will not be accepted at all. The application should be sent to angie.arias@aiesec.net and you will receive your confirmation within 24 hours maximum. •
INTERVIEW | BETWEEN 24.05.18 TO 27.05.18 After the submission of the written application, the applicant will be invited to an interview with the current ECB Chair.

FINAL DECISION | The final decision will be taken during the next GA, this will take place at the beginning of the month: July 2018
APPLICATION GUIDELINES •
The application package must be submitted in .zip/.rar file and should include:
1. Personal information + questionnaire ( 1 pdf not exceeding 5 pages)
2. Your availability during 24-27 of May for an interview (1 spreadsheet with the available times GMT +2)
JOB DESCRIPTION • PLANNING Plan for the term | Stablish and manage the implementation of strategies | Review and coach the ECB members on strategic plans | Final decision making in the team. • TEAM MANAGEMENT Ensure the implementation of Team Standards | Manage and track team performance in a weekly basis | Provide each member – individually – frequently evaluation based on their performance | Provide education and training for the ECB team based on needs | Provide support for the team’s needs • BOARD DEVELOPMENT Optimize the internal procedures | Represent ECB’s interests before MC | Track closely and in a regular basis the internal procedures | Ensure transparency about ECB procedures to the network • EXTERNAL REPR ESENTATION Represent ECB in Bulgaria before ICB and ECB network | Final responsible for ECB-ECB and ECB-ICB cooperation
QUESTIONNAIRE •
First part: personal information. Full name; e-mail; skype, phone number, LC of origin and your AIESEC experience listing your main learning points.
Second part: Questions. • Who are you and what is your motivation to apply for ECB Chair of AIESEC in Bulgaria? • Why ECB is important for AIESEC in Bulgaria? • Explain step by step how one case can be solved. • Which cases of XPP violation result in financial compensation for the EP?
