Class 1 Class 2 Class 3 Class 4 Class 5 Racing Rules and Regulations 1.
All competitors must sign this Racing Rules and Regulations form verifying that they fully understand and will comply with all rules prior to competing—NO EXCEPTIONS.

MBRC, llc. and its employees or agents thereof will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, or injuries to competitors, spectators, or their equipment or property before, during, and after each event. COMPETITORS TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR PROPERTY AND ASSUME ALL RISK.

Rules can be altered at any time by MBRC, llc. All decisions of the Race Director are final.

Violations of these rules will result in loss of points, up to and including the loss of race privileges for that day’s competition. Repeat violations will result in indefinite suspension.

The following actions are unacceptable and may result in actions up to and including loss of racing privileges: Willful destruction or damage to a competitor’s equipment by competitors or competitors support crew; Willful destruction or damage to any hosting facility’s or equipment including but not limited to track components, track equipment, or parking lot; Abusive or foul language; Use, possession, solicitation for, or sale of narcotics or other illegal drugs, alcohol, or prescription medication without a prescription.

Each competitor must turn marshal the race immediately following their race. FAILURE TO MARSHALL CAN RESULT IN LOSS OF LAPS Once races are started, all sales are final.
BY SIGNING THIS FORM I FULLY UNDERSTAND, ACCEPT, AND PLEDGE COMPLIANCE WITH ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS CON- TAINED HEREIN AND WILL ACCEPT THE DECISIONS OF THE RACE DIRECTOR AS FINAL. ADDITIONALLY, I HEREBY AGREE TO TAKE FULL RESPONSIBILITY OF MY PROPERTY AND ASSUME ALL RISK. RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THESE STATEMENTS and definitions and hereby indemnify and hold harmless MBRC, llc and its employers, employees, and owners from and liability arising from accident, injury, theft or damages to myself, my representatives and helpers, all equipment and property. I have read the Rules and Regulations and will adhere to them strictly. This agreement shall continue to every visit to MBRC, llc events. The terms of this release form shall be construed as the entire agreement and may not be altered, amended, or modified except in writing, and signed. The terms of this release shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.
