Adaptable Our project managers have successfully delivered hundreds of projects, ranging from minor repairs to extensive overhauls, including some of the largest refit projects ever undertaken. The ability to adapt to any situation or to the evolving needs of a project during a vessel’s stay in our facilities means that our clients can rest assured that their vessel is in the very best hands.

Knowledgeable Each and every member of the production team has undertaken extensive training and is continuously updating their skills in line with the ever-changing demands of the market. This training includes a broad selection of course fields from languages to security systems and waste management to environmental best practice.

Senior project managers have also completed masters courses in project management, in order to better serve our clients and implement the latest management techniques to further improve their skills and those of their team.

Delivery focussed Our project management team is deeply committed to delivering projects within the agreed schedule and our rigorous monitoring processes are continuously evolving to improve efficiency. We have successfully delivered more than 90 projects in the most recent season alone, and many of our clients return each year because they trust that their vessel will be back in the water in pristine condition when they need it.

We understand the critical importance of time and that communication throughout the project is vital to its success. Careful coordination between the departments within MB92, external suppliers and yacht crew means we are able to prepare a project schedule well in advance of the vessel’s arrival. This ensures that the project is delivered successfully on time and on budget.

After sales We understand that true customer service does not end with the yacht’s departure from the facilities.

Our After Sales department will remain in contact to assist and provide comprehensive support on a host of issues that may occur following the yard period. Anything from monitoring completed work to negotiating warranty issues or arranging additional work to be carried out, our experienced team are equipped to resolve any request.

Working alongside our global network of suppliers and technical experts, we are able to arrange for work or attendance to the yacht wherever she may be to provide peace of mind and minimise any potential disruption.
