THE VIPs Eric Graham was born and raised in Prior Lake, Minn., where he worked for a screen-printing company for five years. He moved to Auburn, Ala., in 1999 and opened Mammoth PrintShop with his wife and co-owner, Jessica, in 2004. Jessica recently opened another store in Auburn called ReInvent.

MAMMOTH PRINTSHOP Whitney Zech graduated from Pratt Art Institute in New York City with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts. She has been the production manager of Mammoth since September 2007. Eric Fisher is from Syracuse, New York. He moved to Auburn with no agenda in 2007 and has been working for Mammoth as the traffic manager ever since.

How should we send our artwork? Clients can send artwork through regular mail, e-mail or they can upload their artwork on the Web. How should we prepare our artwork? Mammoth PrintShop prefers Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator files. Please convert all text to paths/outlines or curves to eliminate the need for fonts. What kind of shirts do you use? Mammoth PrintShop usually prints on T-shirts of high quality 100% cotton or 50/50 tee depending on what the client wants. Each shirt Mammoth uses is name brand and is of exceptional quality. Two of the most popular brands are American Apparel and Alstate. Do you have a minimum order? The employees of Mammoth do not like to print fewer than 24 T-shirts per design. The more shirts a client orders, the cheaper they are per shirt. Orders under 24 may be subject to additional fees. What forms of payment do you accept? Mammoth PrintShop accepts all major credit cards and payments online via paypal.com. Checks and money orders are also accepted. All payments are due up front and in full before a job can start, unless other terms have been arranged.
