Data pre-loading Pre-loading data on promotional flash drives is increasingly popular because when you buy USB Flash Drives you are also buying lots of data storage and it makes sense to use the storage by pre-loading your sales material and other key documents onto the sticks before they are distributed. This is an excellent option for promotional flash drives that are handed out at sales shows/events or branded memory sticks that are given to delegates at the end of a conference, seminar or press event. Pretty much any type of data can be loaded onto and duplicated across all USB flash drives including but not limited to: · PowerPoint presentations · Word documents · Excel spreadsheets · Media files (music, movies etc.) · PDF files · Executable applications · Programs
Unlimited data preloading We can preload any data on your USB Flash Drives, i.e. software demo, music, flash demonstrations, PowerPoint slideshows, movie clips, and PDF product brochures. Preloaded files can be removed by users to free up flash drive space. Non-erasable contents Any files preloaded on the USB Flash Drives can only be read and opened, but not erased by the user. The rest of the space on the custom USB Flash Drive can be used to store the user’s personal data. File autorun Sometimes the client will not open the files you have preloaded on the flash drive, but with the autorun feature, your preloaded advertisement or any other file will open automatically every time the drive is used. Auto-run is a permanent feature and cannot be deleted or turned off at any point for the life of the USB flash drive. In addition any website can be autoran when the USB drive is plugged in. Logo autorun With the logo autorun function, the chosen logo will appear each time the USB flash drive is plugged into the computer. What is non woven polypropylene and is it recyclable? It’s recyclable plastic fabric often used to make promotional bags. This traditional decoration technique is instantly recognized as a high quality feature that works really well for adding extra perceived value. Embroidery can be applied to both flat and irregular surfaces of all kind of woven and knitted products. We are able to include up to 12 different colours per embroidery.
Transerring is done by first creating a screen print image on paper and then using heat and glue to transfer it onto the chosen article. This technique can be applied in multiple colours onto all kinds of woven and knitted products and is a good economical solution for multicolour printing of smaller quantities.
Debossing creates an indented image by applying a die to heatpressed area. Typically used for real and imitation leather items, it adds professionally stylish texture that’s great for adding perceived value.

Engraving is achieved through using a laser beam to precisely etch a decoration into a surface. This technique produces superb results for metal, glass and wood. An undoubted winner for creating a high-class impression.
Hot stamping is debossing with a metal finish, created by applying foil between the to-be-decorated surface and the dye. A perfect way to create a superior impression.
Screenprinting gives high quality, long lasting results for single and multi-colour decoration of flat surfaces. Inks are pressed through mesh stencils to produce clear, sharp images which are ideal for logos and text. A good cost effective solution for larger quantities.

The most commonly used decoration technique, padprinting enables multi-colour printing onto all kinds of shapes and surface textures, making it easy to decorate everything from pens to golf balls. Fast and economical, padprinting is a great all-round cost effective solution.
Wrap printing offers all the benefits of screen printing, but can be used on curved surfaces, thereby producing sharp, high quality images on 3D objects.
Doming is used to create a 3D version of your image by shaping a raised surface beneath the print. A mould is formed, printed and filled with epoxy which is then hardened to maintain its shape. Fantastic for adding extra dimension to your message, doming provides durable decoration with strong resistance to fading or damage.

This process is ideal for photo like images or an image with more than 4 colours. The image is printed onto special transfer paper, which is then placed on the product and pressed with heat. The ink transfers from the paper to product. The product is then treated to ensure permanency of the image.
Sublimation printing is a heat process where the image is bonded to the product using a special substrate. This allows the print to bind with the product rather than ‘sitting’ on the surface. The result is a ‘tattoo-like’ image that will not peel, crack or fade, and will last for many years.
