Retailer of Greeting Cards Criteria: Open to individual independent department stores as well as groups. Where the department store has a number of branches, the award can be given to a specific branch or to the group depending on the nominations. Each contender should show excellence right across the greeting card retail spectrum over the last year, including: product range, product knowledge, staff training, customer care, marketing and promotion as well as a commitment to the greeting card sector.
