FLY The Maharajah gets mobile-savvy with the updated Air India app, available on multiple mobile platforms Air India, which has flown high in the Indian skies for many years now, took an important step towards offering its passengers the comfort and luxury of fuss-free travel with the updated Air India app. Built by global technology provider SITA on a state-of-theart mobile platform, the app facilitates every step of the journey, including bookings and check-ins.

This app provides an elevated mobile experience for passengers to manage every step of their journey on their phone or tablet, no matter where they are. Ashwani Lohani Air India CMD

New features include secure scanning of passports and credit cards, seat selection and choice of meals. The app is integrated with Air India’s Flying Returns loyalty programme and is available on iOS, Android and Windows platforms, allowing passengers to receive their boarding passes on their mobile phones or smartwatches.
