WORK EXPERIENCE Marketing & Patron Services Intern, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra May 2018 to July 2018  Created event calendars and brainstormed ideas for advertisement campaigns for RPO.  Used Paciolan 7 and Excel to update subscription lists and phone numbers, as well as find duplicate accounts, for Patron Services department. Sales Associate/Cleaner, Crosby’s Convenience Stores, Mendon, NY May 2017 to Present  Cleaned inside and outside the store property, i.e., garbage duty, cleaning the bathroom, etc.  Helped stock coolers, dusted the shelves, and kept the parking lot and gas pumps clean. Merchandise Manager, Stringed Instrument Services, Fairport, NY Feb. 2016 to August 2016  Cleaned out string instruments for sale or rental, and produced rosin for instrument bows.  Collected and maintained data regarding instrument serial numbers and sales.
