DIE BILDER IN DIESEM HEFT DAMIAN UND DELAINE LE BAS sind ein britisches Künstler*innenpaar mit Romani Gypsy Hintergrund, das u.a. Safe European Home? / Frontier De Luxe in Wien ausstellte. Spartenübergreifend erarbeiten sie Installationen, Performances, Fotografien und Filme. Für die Produktion Roma Armee von Yael Ronen & Ensemble designte Delaine Le Bas die Kostüme, Damian und Delaine entwarfen Malereien und Art Work als Teil des Bühnenbildes. Gemeinsam produzierten sie die Bildreihe aus Landkarten und Kartographie für dieses Spielzeitheft. DAMIAN AND DELAINE LE BAS are a British artist couple with Romani Gypsy roots, who have, among other projects, exhibited Safe European Home? / Frontier De Luxe in Vienna. They work in a multi-disciplinary fashion on installations, performances, photography and film. For the production Roma Armee (Roma Army) by Yael Ronen & Ensemble, Delaine Le Bas designed the costumes, and produced pictures and other works of art as well. Together they produced the series of maps and cartographic images that appear in this magazine.
