We identify all of the key players for a project, then we sit down and work out the answers to those three key questions I mentioned.” Depending on the project, key players might include the architect, builder, interior designer; occasionally, other professionals and vendors, are a part of the design discussions and process. For this project, it was Shane and Lisa working closely together to create the new design for the home.
