I live and breathe design and thrive on all creative challenges.
I am an energetic, passionate, strategic and extremely ambitious designer, with over 23 years experience across a number of creative and management roles, working with some of the world’s largest brands. My experience, expertise and proven track record has allowed me to create, manage and direct world class creative solutions and design teams, within a variety of unique and exciting industries.

MY NEXT EXCITING OPPORTUNITY... CREATIVE... (2023-) PORTER DAVIS HOMES HEAD OF CREATIVE (2018-2023)
For over 5 years my role at Porter Davis was to develop, drive and innovate their creative vision throughout the business. While evolving the businesses brand hierarchy and strategic creative direction, my primary requirement was to ensure a strong and unique brand presence flows consistently through all creative mediums and touch points - from marketing campaigns and promotions, through to POS at displays, digital and social channels, while enhancing their entire customer journey. As the Porter Davis brand custodian, my key management activity was to lead their internal creative and marketing teams, while managing and directing numerous external agencies to ensure a consistent brand tone of voice.
• Stand as the brand guardian for the business, responsible for the quality of creative output across all media and customer channels.
• Develop new marketing initiatives and campaigns to help drive strong sales for the business and drive display foot traffic
• Direct, inspire, mentor and manage the internal creative and marketing teams as a National award winning industry leader
• Manage all third party marketing suppliers and agencies to ensure a strong consistency across all mediums and outputs.
• Work closely with all executive teams to ensure business strategies are met and delivered both on time and on budget.
• Drive and develop industry leading digital solutions that help both customer experience and staff systems and processes.
• Manage an industry leading customer experience, both in displays and online.
• Present concepts to the wider business on new brand initiatives, product and campaign offerings on a regular basis.
2XU HEAD OF DESIGN (2016-2018)
My role was essentially the brand guardian at 2XU, required to champion the creative vision to both our immediate head office design team as well as all global creative output (branching across 70 countries). Our head office creative team consists of up to 12 designers, finished artists, photographers and retouchers that work across all creative mediums throughout retail, digital, marketing, product, POS, video, photography, packaging and social media. The role was ultimately accountable for the business’ creative results and ensure 2XU was recognised as the global leader is sports apparel.
• Being the global brand guardian, responsible for the quality of output for all creative work throughout all creative avenues.

SPORT ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTS (SEP) CREATIVE DIRECTOR (2012-2015)
With Shush Design and SEP joining forces in 2012, SEP became a renown world leader in licensed sports and entertainment memorabilia, merchandise, creative services, promotional and paper based products. SEP now hold exclusive rights with the AFL, NRL, Cricket Australia, FFA, ICC, Australian and International Olympic Committees, Cadel Evans, ARU, All Blacks, and many more international licenses.
• Provide essential creative direction to the design team on all projects

• Control and manage all studio work flow and time lines

SHUSH DESIGN FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR (2007-2012)
After spending five years learning the tricks of the trade within the sports licensing, product and marketing industry, I left to build my own specialised creative studio from the ground up. The next five years saw Shush Design earning a reputation for delivering elite creative solutions within all facets of design. By 2012 I had developed a successful team of four full-time graphic designers in a warehouse studio in Richmond.

A ground-breaking mobile application that was to revolutionise how Porter Davis Homes would streamline their internal IT systems and processes, and provide instant two-way communication with their customers. This application was in the process of being designed and developed, but was unfortunately never given a chance to be completed and rolled out.
